Beautiful elegant apartment, with 2 floors, on the 1st: living room and fitted kitchen, on the 2nd: master suite with dressing room and adjoining shower room. Independent accommodation located on a plot that includes our main house. A garden is at your disposal: terrace and outdoor lounge. On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

55 m2 non-smoking apartment on the ground floor in a detached house. Very quiet overlooking garden located 3 minutes from all shops including superette closing at 9pm. Patrice welcomes you with her two cats Mia and Mae in this setting created through her passions for the garden, mosaic, and decoration. Small loft with one bedroom (140 bed) open to the dining room, living room with open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden (two sliding doors separate the sleeping area if needed).

Enjoy this 37 m2 little piece of heaven in the heart of downtown Vincennes, with a terrace ideal for summer lunches in the sun. Perfect for couples, you will be a stone's throw from the center of Paris (15 min by metro/RER) and Disneyland Paris (30 min).
