This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

A private garden area is featured with a green lawn, two loungers, and an umbrella for shade. A barbecue station is positioned near the entrance, adjacent to sliding doors leading inside. Two bicycles are parked on the side, enhancing outdoor activity options.

Also very close to the supermarket. In one of the best areas in Maspalomas. Perfect location to go to Maspalomas beach, the lighthouse, the best restaurants in Meloneras and even the Yumbo shopping center, with the best gay atmosphere in Europe.
