The studio house , loft type,is very cozy . It's designed for couples. It has a space of 25 m2 for the living room kitchen bedroom + 1 bathroom and a garden of 18 m2. It is 3.3 km from the beach ( 5 min drive). The garden is fully integrated into the house by its 3.5 meter windows, which visually generates a large space in which house and garden are intermingled.
