At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

On the ground floor of a 15th-century building classified as a historic monument, this 2-room, 36 m2 accommodation, completely renovated in 2024 and 2025, can accommodate up to 4 guests. If you like the charm of the old, the materials that have a soul, this place is for you. 100m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a quiet little street, the major tourist sites and the hyper-center are within a 10-minute walk: Vaugueux district, port, castle, ... Free parking in the area.

Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
