On 35 square meters you will find enough space for two people in the house. If the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace. With Lake Barbara, Lake Gröbener and Lake Gremminer with the peninsula Ferropolis of the city of iron, you have some destinations in the immediate vicinity. Wittenberg Lutherstadt is also worth a trip.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

The apartment in the villa "Möwengeflüster" offers maximum comfort on 220 m² - directly on the picturesque Goitzschesee. The house was completed in 2025 & impresses with its open architecture & high-quality furnishings. The living and dining area offers direct lake views thanks to large window fronts. Here, cozy relaxation & stylish design meet harmoniously. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. A sauna & a spacious terrace invite you to relax.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

The New Port house with its three bedrooms and large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25 m², individually usable roof terrace. From here you have a perfect view of the entire area, as well as a great view of the Goitzsche.

The house with apartments is located in the municipality of Muldestausee. The district of Krina is located between Leipzig and Lutherstadt Wittenberg on the outskirts of the Dübener Heide. The apartment equipped with modern technology on the 1st floor with about 54 m² of living space can accommodate 2 people. The balcony and garden invite you to relax.

Lovely apartment in rural area with very good transport connections. You will stay with me and my family on the Auenhof-Seegrehna in Wittenberg. You will have a whole apartment for yourselves. The center of Wittenberg can be reached in just a few minutes by car, bus or bike. The apartment is located near the Elbe Cycle Route.
