However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. The self-contained apartment is located on the 3rd floor within our apartment building. It is totally renovated and 53m². Next to the bed in the bedroom is a sofa in the living room. It is a good starting point for extensive hikes, climbing tours and excursions. Some of them start right outside the front door. CAR parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. For bicycles, there are storage facilities in the entrance of the house (indoors).
