The night area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two twin beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located on a private housing estate. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be complied with not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Maximum capacity 4 people or 2 people + 2 suitcases. Poblenou is one of the best places to stay in BCN, the beach and City Center are very close and the hood has everything you might need! The apartment is a cozy, romantic & very sunny place, carefully decorated and has everything you might need... It has a private inner balcony and a bathtub in the living room! Two bedrooms (one open), a fully equipped kitchen and a double shower :) It is suited for couples (Honeymooners!) and for families with small kids, not for group of friends.
