House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a tub with wood-fired water and a fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building that is part of the countryside. There is 80 m2 with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please report your willingness to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

A large apartment on the upper floor of the house,with two bedrooms and one bathroom,in a house by the forest on the outskirts of a small settlement offers short or longer bookings. You will relax here alone, with family or friends. On the property there is a aviary with a small herd of peacocks. The direct neighbor to the garden is a pine forest with its unique atmospheric charm. The mountain river Kwisa also flows, which is organized in season by kayaking.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
