Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

The space I rent out occupies most of the second floor (apartment 2) of my small but charming two family house located in a very quiet street. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.

You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).
