Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. The space I rent out occupies most of the second floor (apartment 2) of my small but charming two family house located in a very quiet street. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.
