Our beautiful and recently renovated Gite Rosalie provides a wonderfully relaxing base for your holiday in Southern Brittany. Situated close to the Nantes Brest Canal, perfect for cycling, walking and fishing we are close to Medieval towns of character including Josselin (15 minutes), Malestroit (15 minutes) and Vannes (30 minutes) . The beautiful Lac Au Duc in Ploërmel for water sports is only 15 minutes and the coast only 40 minutes. A perfect place for your break away from it all.

Vous aurez accès au rdc de la maison uniquement. L'étage ne sera pas accessible mais ne sera pas occupé. C'est donc l'hébergement idéal si vous venez en déplacement professionnel ou touristique. Le logement est classé 3*, PMR,et très bien équipé (cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge séparé). Parking privé devant la porte. Calme et proximité immédiate du centre ville. Uniquement pour personne seule ou couple(lit double). Utilisation canapé lit interdite.

Logement d'environ 45 m2 au 1er étage,(3***) accès escalier extérieur, indépendant, avec une terrasse privative, totalement refait à neuf, déco de type moderne , très bien équipé, emplacement voiture, ancien corps de bâtiment de ferme aménagé en 2 logement 1 au rez-de chaussé, 1 à l'étage. Le logement est situé à environ 2kms du centre de Ploermel avec tous commerces,à 5mm à pied du lac au duc et 15mm en voiture de la forêt de Brocéliande.
