Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in the summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to CHU, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the center SOPGYN

You can also visit the futuroscope 40 minutes away, 15 minutes from the planet of crocodiles. Ideal for people on the go.
