A cool air-conditioned newly renovated stone house with a vintage feel and wooden deck with unobstructed views of the surroundings and the lovely sunsets. The house is built in stone which makes it cool in summer. Inside, the chicken coop runs in a vintage style with a lovely space in the living room. The hen house consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and one sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft – accessed via a folding ladder – there is a double bed Cleaning is included in the rent. Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

Welcome to this cosy apartment of about 75 sqm with open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a master's residence and a leisure home when the school was in use. The schoolhouse also houses art studios and salsa libraries. On the upper floor there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own private entrance and toilet, but a shower is shared with another tenant.
