The kitchen is well-equipped with machines from Husqvarna and solid dining table. There is a fireplace. There are five bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Heated floors in the whole house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer available. The guest house has one bedroom and one sofa bed. Large patio in the west with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Wireless internet exists. Older charming villa in quiet villa area in Southern Visby is rented to family with children (not party people). The house consists of four bedrooms, kitchen as well as living room with older style, carpenter's delight and stairs (not accessible). Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

Spacious newly renovated villa in southern visby perfect for the family with children. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area with the forest next to the plot boundary.
