Amazing house in Sarria - Sant Gervasi neighborhood and next to Gracia neighborhood. It is very bright house and with large spaces; it is a unique house. It has a swimming pool with a garden with small stones. An attic for moments of relaxation. A large kitchen for several diner guests, living room, studio, etc. You also have an elevator and parking. Five minutes away from the subway: First station, Gracia, second station, Diagonal, then Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña (center of Barcelona). The neighborhood is very quiet because it is a residential area, but it is close to Gracia, the fashionable nightlife district of Barcelona. The average price per week is 2,500 Euros and includes everything (electricity, gas, sheets, and final cleaning). The booking method is made through a temporary contract and a deposit of 20%. Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

The beach scene features golden sand gently curving along the shoreline, with numerous individuals enjoying the space. In the background, a modern building rises alongside the calm sea, reflecting the soft colors of the sunset. Ships are visible in the distance.

Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Heating in all rooms. Has private parking. A 5-minute walk away there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl.

Para disfrutar de Barcelona y aprovechar al mismo tiempo de la naturaleza, propongo un apartamento independiente en una hermosa casa rodeada de arboles . El sitio está en La Floresta, a 600 metros de la estación de Ferrocarril y a menos de 20 minutos de tren de la Rambla ( Plaza de Cataluña ). Los huéspedes disponen de tres habitaciones dobles, salón/comedor, cocina equipada, baño con ducha y 3 terrazas. Se puede aparcar libremente en la calle.

Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Small house with incredible views of the mountain and the Collserola forest, surrounded by nature, tranquility and fresh air. The trails that run through the natural park start a few meters away. It's a perfect place to walk and totally disconnect if that's what you're looking for. But also the neighborhood has an excellent public transport connection to downtown Barcelona.

This apartment is located steps of the old town only a 5 - minute walk of the Famous Ramblas and the harbour. The apartment itself is very calm and quiet as it faces the interior part of the building. Perfect for coming home and relaxing.
