Here in Sundhammar you can sunbathe or swim in the sea, bathing ladder, jetty or beach are 3 - 5 minutes away. Kids can fish for crabs, or try their luck at fishing from the rocks. If you have a canoe, there are great opportunities for kayaking in a marine environment. Or maybe you want to prepare and eat a good meal at sunset. If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.

Sjö och havs nära boende. suterränghus bottenplan. I Svenshögen möts du av ett harmoniskt landskap med en fin blandning av sjöar, skogar samt små gårdar och torp. Här finns även en järnvägsstation med hållplats för Bohusbanan som gör kontakten med omvärlden enkel. Den friska luften har gjort orten känd ända från tiden då sanatoriet bedrevs där. Och än idag är det många som finner ro i de vackra omgivningarna och uppskattar Svenshögens lugn och stillhet i en allt stressigare tillvaro.

Hyr ut vårt gästrum i källaren i våran fina villa. Egen ingång, egen toalett, egen dusch, litet kylskåp och microvågsugn finnes. Lakan & handdukar ingår. En skön 160-säng & en 140-bäddsoffa. Kaffemaskin Nespresso inklusive kapslar och en TV finns. Väldigt nära till spårvagn (hållplats Sanatoriegatan) som tar er både till Korsvägen/Liseberg/skandinavium & Centralstationen utan att behöva byta spårvagn! Detta är inget lyxboende utan det är en källare, men väldigt prisvärt :)

Double room with own entrance, own bathroom and in a separate room you'll have a micro wave oven, coffe machine, water boiler and a fridge but no stove. 10 minutes walk to Liseberg & Svenska mässan. 15 minutes by foot to Universeum, Avenyn, Scandinavium & Ullevi. 2 minutes to nearest food store and bus stop, with direct line to city center and more. 10 min walk to lovely nature. Bedlinen, towels and cleaning included.

There is 80 meters distance to the nearest bus station, Bjurslättsliden. (lines 25, 31, 22, 36, 136 and 145). It takes 10 to 15 minutes by buse to be in town or on the beach. Night bus are available.
