Large attractive and pleasant 1½ -plans villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås. Just over 1 km walk to the sea with several swimming areas. About 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location as last house on a dead-ending road with no traffic. Room for several cars in the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that is sunny most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures an hour towards central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Large house in Långedrag near the sea and city center

A large house in Långedrag, Western Gothenburg, close to the sea and the archipelago. 5 minutes to swimming and cliffs, 10 minutes to Saltholmen where the archipelago boats go out to the islands in the southern archipelago. Close to Långedrags Värdshus, as well as grocery store Coop or Hemköp. 20 minutes by tram to the city and about 40 minutes to Liseberg and Universeum. On the plot there is a large lawn and space for dinners, barbecuing and outdoor activities. For the kids, there is a trampoline, soccer goals and toys.

House from the 20th century with modern and stylish decor. Close to communication and swimming. Parking with space for three cars. Anything practical as you imagine. 170 sqm that is smartly utilized. Stylishly decorated that gives a cozy feeling. Sea view and close to nature with nice paths among cliffs as well as playgrounds for kids. Garden that allows for play and barbecue with associated patios as well as balcony. Fireplace that provides warmth and tranquility during colder periods, perfect when you want to relax.

Fantastic house with beautiful sea view

Green Villa is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast cliffs but at the same time Gothenburg's city center a few minutes away. The house's newly built terraces bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you enjoy a great view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away you will also find both outdoor air area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Beachfront villa with sea view and large garden

Enjoy stunning sea views and a peaceful location, for families and large groups. From the large lawn you have direct access to sup paddling. Walk five minutes to the marina at Lahall for swimming and beach, or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful nature. The villa and its surroundings offer excellent opportunities for shared activities, and in the immediate area there are golf and tennis courts. Perfect starting point to discover Halland and the West Coast, regardless of the season!
