Toalett & dusch och badrumsskåp. Hårtork. Luftmadrass finns som extra sängplats, fylls via eluttag.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

Smartlås med kod för öppna/stänga Det tar ca 10-15 minuter att ta sig till Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium eller Liseberg. Till Liseberg är det exakt 1000 meter promenadvägen.

Perfekt för 1-4 gäster. 5 min avstånd till buss 18,143 som ta dig till centrum. Kommer du med bil har du parkeringen helt gratis.Bra förbindelse med flygbussar. Ett perfekt boende för dig som ska besöka Göteborg - gå på konsert, Liseberg eller Universeum eller bara vara här och jobba.

Supermysigt Attefalls hus!

Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Kom och njut av vårt mysiga lilla hus som har nära till allt! Välkomna!

Basement apartment with free parking near the city

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. The tram station and supermarket is around the corner of the house and the beautiful park Slottskogen is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect for familys, travelers or just happy people. Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Enkel campingstuga renoverad 2020 belägen i utkanten av gårdens trädgård. Stugan har ett rum med ett enkelt kök och en våningssäng med två bäddar plus två sängplatser i bäddsoffa. Toalett med separett, enkel dusch med varmvatten som ligger ca 50 m från stugan. Toalett och dusch delas med vår andra campingstuga. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej i priset, men kan köpas till för 75:-/set. Städning ingår ej, men kan köpas till för 200:-.

Flygplatsen 10 min. med bil. Långtidsparkering finns samt viss tillgång på lämna/hämta service. Huset har ett sovrum med en säng. Gemensamt utrymme med bäddsoffa. Samt lågt loft med en bädd.
