The apartment with about 65 sqm is on the upper floor of our house. It is ecologically renovated and equipped with floor heating in the kitchen/living room. Perfect for 4 people, the sofa bed in the eat-in kitchen also offers comfortable space for 2 more people. The cat Schmitze lives with you in the eat-in kitchen with a cat flap, but it is often on the go. In the basement there is also a vacation apartment that is a little smaller. Climbing rocks and hiking trails within walking distance.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Thuisbrunn is located directly on the famous Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – ideal for hiking, enjoying and discovering.
