The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Free parking is right by the house, and the city center with restaurants, cafes and shops is within easy walking distance.

Ferienwohnung 2, 120qm (Erlebnishof Pleißental)

The countryside-modern furnished holiday apartment 2 is located in the old mill building of the partially listed Erlebnis Hof Pleißental and offers a quiet location with a view into the courtyard. On two floors, up to 8 people can be accommodated: one double room, three twin rooms, a living area with kitchen, as well as two bathrooms with shower, one additionally with bathtub. A highlight for children is the play cave in the former grain silo. Wi-Fi, TV, books, and games are available.

The apartment is well equipped. There is a washer-dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a small indoor playground just for the holiday guests. Opposite is a large park and an outdoor playground, as well as a bakery and a restaurant. There are many free parking spaces in front of the house. The train station and bus stop are also nearby. The city center and a supermarket are also a 10-minute walk away.

Medium sized, styled apartment in Schmölln.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

You will stay in our 150-year-old house. There is a small garden with a fantastic view over the city. From here you can walk to everything in Altenburg. Enjoy

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
