Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de sofa in de leefruimte kan omgevormd worden tot een dubbel bed. Buiten geniet je van twee terrassen, een barbecue, een verwarmde eettafel, een loungeset, zonnebedden, een hangmat en een badmintonveld.

Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

Spacious (80 sqm + 20 sqm balcony) 3-room apartment in Balatonszentgyörgy. Located on the entire upper level of a family house, with a separate entrance of course, a large living room and a balcony. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
