The nice and comfortable home has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking is available 200 meters away.

Ginkgo Vendégház Pécs

Csendes, madárcsicsergős zug Pécs belvárosában, karnyújtásnyira a Zsolnay Negyedtől, a Kodály Központtól és a Király utca forgatagától. A vendégház egy hálószobával (franciaágy) és egy nappali-konyhával rendelkezik (kétszemélyes kanapé). A konyha jól felszerelt: vízforraló, Bialetti kotyogós kávéfőző, üvegkerámia főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő, hűtőszekrény, illetve egy tágas terasz gondoskodik a vendégek kényelméről. Wifi természetesen van. :) Közvetlenül a ház előtt ingyenesen lehet parkolni.

Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the vacation atmosphere and yet also have all the comfort you need. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sun beds, a hammock and a badminton court.

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Zsuzsa's lovely house is a double beach house. There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, heating, hairdresser, iron, closed parking place, blowing machine, garden furnitures, barbecue facility . coffee ,tea, jams -naturist beach 500m from the house -there is a free beach nearby the house,very simple, but 2 minutes on foot :)
