Each bedroom is a cocoon with its own personal atmosphere, its own bathroom with shower and toilet and direct access to the terrace and pool. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunny days, the 4 m x 11 m heated pool offers a relaxation area surrounded by its terrace and sunbathing.

The shops of Merville-Franceville are 10 minutes away and downtown Cabourg 15 minutes.

Although there is no kitchen, a private south-facing terrace with its garden and a barbecue will allow you to have your breakfast and improvised meals in complete peace. Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
