Located in Normandy, on our beautiful flowery coast, 25 m2 duplex apartment, 3-minute walk to the vast beach of Merville-Franceville, sleeps 2/4, on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, very well maintained private residence, including living room/kitchen with 2-seat sofa bed (L 140) overlooking private balcony sunny afternoon and evening. The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed (new L140 mattress), a large closet, and a bathroom (shower, vanity, and toilet).

Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunny days, the 4 m x 11 m heated pool offers a relaxation area surrounded by its terrace and sunbathing.

The shops of Merville-Franceville are 10 minutes away and downtown Cabourg 15 minutes.

Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
