Charming quiet house in a dead end

Calm and elegant place to rest. New house located in a dead end. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms upstairs. Each of the rooms is equipped with a shower and 2 beds. The entrance, the kitchen and the toilet are common areas that you will share with your family. Sheets and bath towels provided. Broadband WiFi (fiber). We are 5 minutes from the train station. Possibility to park for free 50m from the house. On the ground floor, there is my personal and private accommodation.

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Located in a quiet environment, annex of our main house, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without worry. You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city center (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).
