The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. Beautiful furnished studio 21m² with bathroom-WC, on the garden level of a villa, with private terrace 16m², in picturesque village in the center of Var, 30 km from the seaside and the Gorges du Verdon. Integrated and very well-equipped kitchen, 2-person bed 140x190, 2-seater sofa convertible into a daybed or 1-place bed for children. TNT sat TV. Air conditioned. Washer and dishwasher, multiple amenities and products provided. No smoking / No pets. 2-star rating at the Gîtes de France.
