Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Urban setting. Walking distance to both hospitals. Bus stop nearby. Walking distance to restaurants. Smoke/pet free. Full size bed. Microwave, small frig, coffee pot. NO STOVE, NO WASHER, NO DRYER Private entrance, on site parking. The studio is the back area to a house. The bedroom has no connecting walls. The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

Cozy, chic haven!

This unique place has a style of its own. The home is brand new and has 3 tastefully furnished rooms that can accommodate 2 persons each. A 7th person can also comfortably sleep in the living room. The home has a 75” TV in the living room and a 65” in the master bathroom. Other amenities available include a laundry and dryer, a grill, dishwasher, cooktops, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and other home appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This sits on an acre property with another 5-room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or extending as needed. The bed size is Queen. 32" TV The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please consider this fact before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

Included is a dedicated play room under AC with games for both children and adults. Our beautiful home boasts 12 foot ceilings and 2000 square feet of living area. Bring the whole family or just coworkers as there is plenty of space for all.

This camper year 2022 is located on the west side of the Town. That’s make this space very nice for the people who want to live in the area of their own place out of the city. Everything is mins away close like: H-E-B, Walmart, stripes, Lowe’s, Family dollar, general dollar, Mexican restaurants, food trucks around, ice cream shops, Texas burger and more!
