If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, which invites you to cook and linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Wildly romantic and cozy by the rushing stream. A special overnight stay, suitable for 2 people. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax in the hammock. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax or to spend a fun game night. There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.

Here you will find the perfect place to relax, hike, observe nature, cycle and simply enjoy the countryside. The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
