The 1-room guest apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ilbesheim not far from Landau. At the foot of the small Kalmit is the listed half-timbered house, in which the apartment is located, at the village center. The apartment itself is small but nice with its 30 square meters. Located on the second floor, the bright apartment is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette. The adjoining bathroom is spacious and bright. The friendly Mediterranean courtyard can also be used.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
