Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Cosy Apartment on Quiet Street in Unley

There is an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area to relax in. There is a generous sized bedroom, with ample storage, sunlit by day with a luxurious King Sized bed to sleep in. The lounge has a sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed should you need it. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. Netflix on tap. The place is yours for the duration of your stay. There are shared parking spaces on the property but I will provide a parking permit for street parking. There is a lockbox beside the front door - you are free to come and go as you please. You can always contact me with any query that you may have. The code to the lockbox will be issued to you prior to your arrival. Unley is a sought-after neighbourhood populated with boutique shops, indie coffee shops, and modern, Australian eateries. Cool Unley Road and King William Road in Hyde Park are within walking distance while the city is 5 minutes away by car. Walking, Riding, Tram or Bus. Everything is easy here in Unley. Modern, spacious & air-conditioned home only 2km from CBD. Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb. Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip. 2 bedrooms but accommodates a max. of 6 guests. On the cusp of the CBD parklands & a 15-min drive to the Adelaide Hills. Great restaurants, pubs & supermarkets all within a couple of hundred metres. Flexibility with check in/out times depending incoming/outgoing guests.
