Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, there is a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine ski resort. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Great and renovated cabin in amazing Telemark

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Idyllic small farm, mill master home from the 1800s

Experience serene surroundings in this house on the clearing in the woods. In the house it is low under the roof and most people have to bend a bit to walk through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets reply to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Brand new cabin rented

The cabin has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 double beds and a family bunk bed. There is 1 big bathroom with washing machine/dryer. It's an open kitchen-living room solution. In the kitchen, all the utensils you may need for cooking and serviced for 12 persons are provided. There is a dining table for 8 people etc, large sofa, 2 freight chairs, fireplace and TV. In Tillegg there is a big hallway so that clothes and shoes should not be in the road. This new cabin is proven to be made so that everything is on a surface, ie adapted for everyone!

A wooden deck features two black chairs, positioned to enjoy the sunset. Soft golden light filters through the trees, casting elongated shadows on the freshly crafted boards. A large window reveals a view of the surrounding landscape, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Newly built cottage with great views

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. Vedlausfjell is located in the south of Nissedal municipality, by the village of Felle. The cabin is located west facing and sunny with great views. Otherwise, in the area south of Felle there are several good fishing lakes and good swimming opportunities. The area is well suited for hiking, in summer and winter. There are good opportunities for berries and mushroom banking in the area. Amazing nature experiences all year round with proximity to the coastal towns.

Great family cabin by bathing water and canoeing

Full standard cabin with road ahead, electricity and water. Spacious plot with driveway to good parking space. Sunny terrace around on two sides with barbecue, fire pan and good furniture. The cabin contains three bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom, hallway and storage room, as well as a loft. About 5 min walk to cozy beach with free boat and canoe. Great hiking opportunities summer as well as winter. Great area for fishing opportunities, cycling and many nice hiking areas. It is about 50 minutes to Risør and Kragerø.

A wooden deck is presented, featuring a table and four chairs, with an umbrella positioned to provide shade. The view overlooks a serene lake surrounded by greenery and distant trees, creating a peaceful outdoor space ideal for relaxation.

Log cabin in Drangedal at Gåsvann

Recharge your batteries in this unique and tranquil place by the beautiful Gåsvann. Take a morning swim or a canoe trip, or fish for trout and perch (free fishing). The place consists of an old log cabin and the annex "Stallen", originally from the 19th century. The buildings are located peacefully by the waterfront. There is a 12v solar panel, gas stove and refrigerator. Bring your own drinking water, bedding and life jackets. Guests must clean the cabin upon departure. Car road all the way up to 50 meters from the cabin.

Sørlandshus in Gjerstad near swimming and fishing water

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built about 1950 by local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We've tried to keep it a little retro in the house. At the same time, we're constantly making new upgrades. The electricity system in the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house ourselves as a holiday home. The house is open and peaceful. There are nice places to swim right nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Det er tilgang til brygge med badestige. Huset ligger 25 min fra Kragerø sentrum. Det er bilvei til døra, strøm, innlagt vann, wifi og gratis ved, gratis lån av båt og fiske med stang etter avtale. Vi selger honning fra egen bigård. Her er det mye flott natur og ro. Velkommen til gards👩‍🌾

We completely renovated the Eldhus in 2019/2020 and received the historic Scandinavian charm with a lot of love for detail. It consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The living room includes a cozy sitting area, a dining area, a fireplace and the kitchenette with two-burner ceramic hob, sink and fridge with freezer. The hygge bedroom for up to 3 people invites you to dream. You can enjoy the sun on the newly built, spacious terrace.
