Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Our accommodation is located under the roofs, in a residence in the heart of the resort. The balcony offers views of Lake Rousses and the mountains, a start of Nordic trails 400 m away, 2 golf courses 1 km away, Grande Traversée du Jura trails... Renovated in complete simplicity for 2 people, this studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. Free parking at the bottom of the residence and individual ski locker. You will be charmed by the sunrises and moonrises behind the Jura Mountains!

The duplex (160 sqm.) is close to restaurants and dining and public transport. My place is perfect for couples and business travelers. Located in XVIII century house, in a quiet neighbourhood, within a 2 min walk to Genolier train station, which provides quick access to Nyon (15min) and Geneva (30min). Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.
