Unique apartment by the lake Hären, Gnosjö

Welcome to Appartment Hären. A newly built apartment (completed in 2023) on the second floor with a standard beyond the ordinary. The view is magical over Lake Hären. The large window section is in the west for optimal evening sun. In the open kitchen and living room, you have a wonderful view in three directions. A modern kitchen/living room with a fireplace and lovely social areas make this apartment something out of the ordinary. Swimming area is about 100 meters from the apartment. Patio with charcoal grill is on the entrance floor.

The property is located in houses on the farm with large green areas and proximity to nature. On the property there is a live farm and farm shop. Nature, forest and gravel roads invite you to walks and bike rides. The farm is 500 meters from Highway 27 - convenient for those who are passing through. 2.5 km from the property is Limmared, mecked for the flea and antique enthusiasts. Newly built, nice and fresh apartment for 4 people (+ infants) with proximity to Isaberg Moutain Resort, southern Sweden's largest ski resort and many summer activities. MTB trails, 36 hole golf course, hiking trails, and lakes. The property has access to lawn with swings, sandbox, and BBQ. The accommodation has a double bed and sofa bed for two, as well as a crib. 5-15 minutes from the property there are grocery stores, restaurants, several swimming lakes and activities.
