Tiny quaint cottage in the heart of settle.

The cottage is located just a short walk to the town centre. It has an upside down plan with a double bedroom and access to the bathroom with it's roll top bath on the ground floor. Upstairs is a small lounge/ kitchen/dining area. Off the kitchen area is a loft space accessed by a ladder with further double bed (please note there is a small extra charge for this). Outside the cottage is a small seating area to enjoy a nice cold drink after a day walking in the beautiful Yorkshire dales.

Austwick is a lovely little village with everything you need; a great pub and village shop. Get away from it all in a little bit of paradise!

This charming cottage, oozing with character, is set in a quiet corner of the old part of the delightful market town of Settle. Just 400 yards from the market square with its many independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Beautifully modernised but retaining its original character with exposed stone work, wood lintels and cast iron range (decorative only). Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.
