Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

't Huys is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, sitting and dining area and bathroom. The attractive decor and spacious rooms bring cosiness and maximum relaxation. You can make use of a wellness area with rain shower, sauna and wood-fired hot tub at additional charge. 't Huys can accomodate 2 adults and up to 3 children.

As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The place is part of a larger apartment situated in a typical Brussels house, ideally located at 2 steps from Saint Boniface and place Fernand Coq with its many restaurants and bars. The shopping street, with bus and metro stops, is just around the corner. The prestigious avenue Louise is a 5min walk and the historic city center is 15 min walk away.

Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. Mas Petit Chat

New studio located in Nazareth close to Ghent and the Flemish Ardennes. It is part of a farm with beautiful garden and many animals and a lovely pond. The location is close to the highway which you can hear outside. The studio is very spacious and located under the roof and can be reached via the outside stairs. The studio consists of an entrance hall, living space, kitchen, dining area, sleeping place with double bed, bathroom and toilet.

This centrally located location is in the center of Ghent, you can easily visit all the sights from here. In the evening, you can stay at home or explore the restaurants and night life. Everything is easy to reach within walking distance. The nicest shopping streets are also close by. You can easily park your car in one of the public parking lots.
