La location de 75m2 que nous vous proposons est située dans une longère juste à côté d'1 ferme laitière, où mon mari est agriculteur, avec les animaux présents. Nous avons pensé à votre confort avec l'aménagement de la maison: 1 literie de qualité et les lits faits à l'arrivée pour passer une bonne nuit de repos!

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Welcome to the Ferme du Choinel in our renovated barn, combining charm and modern design. Close to the city (15 min from Rennes) and ideally located 40 min from the sea, relax in this cozy nest. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the Château de Beauvais. We are at the exit of the village with all the shops accessible. The barn has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. Great for remote work, tourists, pros, families and friends!
