Our vacation home has a breathtaking view on the lake of lucerne. This uniqueness in a quite zone is highly appreciated by guests and residents, which is why any disturbance of the peace in the surrounding area will not be tolerated. The property is a spacious duplex apartment with everything close by. Cogwheel train to Rigi, Park with Lake access, Boat to Luzern, Public Transport, mini-market and restaurants are all in a very short walking distance. The first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen / dining / living area -fireplace, guest bathroom and terrace with gas grill. The second floor has a Sauna, 3 bedrooms (of which 2 master bedrooms) and the main bathroom with a rain-shower and tub. Free parking included

On the waterfront - amazing & powerful ambiance

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Thanks to its proximity to the water, it is a unique, energetic place of power that immediately has a relaxing effect. Ideal for couples in love, mountain and nature lovers. The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
