Renovated country house -pool, padel court & view

This country house, 30 minutes from Auch and Marciac, is everything you'd expect from an 18th century farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style. Modern volumes cleverly articulated in an old building renovated to measure, improbable circulation tricks, games of lines and perspectives, and of course a certain sense of taste... For 10/12 people, it offers a swimming pool overlooking the Gascon valleys, a private padel court, pétanque, a kitchen with indoor grills and several shaded dining areas.

A large traditional building features a distinctive rustic design with exposed beams and a terracotta roof. Outdoor seating areas are provided, shaded by colorful umbrellas. The expansive garden space complements the inviting atmosphere, with a gravel pathway leading to the entrance.

It is at the end of this furrow of white stones that our estate is located and yes "En Mayné" means "In the estate" in Gascon patois. The house consists of an old stone farmhouse and an outbuilding converted into a loft. Where old meets new in perfect harmony. Everything you need for short or long stay vacation. Rural setting, close to the Adour River. In an area of natural beauty. This region of France is known as the gastronomic department. The vineyards are many. And they offer tastings. Local produce foie gras, Duck, Croustades to name a few. Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

The exterior of the house features a classic design with large windows and a sloped roof. A wooden terrace houses several lounge chairs and a dining area under an umbrella, overlooking a blue swimming pool. Surrounding greenery adds a natural touch to the serene setting.
