Room 3: double bed & couch for 2 people. Large bathroom: shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, (incl. Towels & linen). Kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster & kettle with dining area, flat-screen TV, extra toilet & urinal, a couch & a large terrace.

Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.
