The Swallows Nest is a large apartment for 4 people that is family-friendly. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, creating a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. The Schwalbennest vacation home has 65 m² on the second floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle and has a bedroom with a double bed (individually possible), a bedroom with single beds (together possible) and a living area with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. If you need a highchair, please contact us. After a guided tour of the grounds of our community at Schloss Gersdorf, we will let you sink into your beanbag and continue to ponder the meaning of life! Low stimulus is the new organic!

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
