Relax in this unique and quiet loft-style accommodation, with a double bed, a good mattress, and a 2-seater sofa bed. Integrated kitchen with island, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, and microwave. TV with cable and WiFi. Air conditioning. Heating by radiators. Full bathroom with a tub and shower (very good water pressure). The apartment is located on the opposite side with an open view. The building is very quiet and its enclosures are DVH which shields the noise from the street.

Enjoy MdP in this unique, fully-equipped, newly recycled, and super bright apartment. It is 200 meters from Calle Guemes full of beautiful bars, business restaurants and cafes and 300 meters from the sea . Decorated with a lot of love to make you feel at home but on vacation. Close to everything but in a quiet place where you open the window and are surrounded by trees and just downstairs you have everything you may need (bar parking storage, etc.) . In front of the Italian consulate.

Apartment located in the Casino area. Nice area, warm, comfortable and quiet space. Located half a block from Plaza Colon, 1 block from the Casino, 4 blocks from the pedestrian area, and 8 blocks from Calle Güemes. Very well located and prepared for you to spend a few beautiful days. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay: Mattress with pillow (New), sheets, and towels. If you're thinking of spending a few days in Mar del Plata, this is definitely the place for you!
