In the state-recognized resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz." The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

Hello, the apartment is located in a place on the north side of the Thuringian Forest. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers and skiers. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.
