The place is 400m from the city center, with easy access to all important points. We are in the pedestrian zone and area of the PARENZANA bike track. The link for cyclists is great by the sea. It is only 4.7 km from under centuries-old pines to Koper. But if you choose a bike path towards Portorož and Piran, you have two climbs and tunnels of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has the city beach Lighthouse, the cleanest sea is here. The beach has a natural shade of conifers, and we swim in the sea until mid-October.

In the immediate vicinity is a tourist farm that operates on weekends. The location is a great starting point for hiking and biking in the picturesque countryside.

Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
