South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

A wooden exterior wall showcases a large unframed window that reflects the surrounding greenery, providing views of the trees and hills beyond. The area in front is filled with lush foliage, contributing to the tranquil woodland setting.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

Enjoy a relaxed stay in the former home of Sir Norman Wisdom who lived here from 1958 to 76. It also belonged to Anne of Cleves, wife of Henry VIII. Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.
