The house is located 1 km (0.6 miles) from an ICA supermarket and the 3 nearby swimming beaches. Kitchen, flush toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 52-inch TV, App TV, Wi-Fi, private patio with parasol. Private outdoor area. Parking by the garage. The sofa folds down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass is available Self check-in is via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code will come upon booking.

Here you have your own lilac arbor, the forest just around the corner and close to both lake and sea. Explore the island by bike, take a walk down to the beach, or visit the farm's goats, sheep and chickens (where you can buy eggs!). In the evening, you can light the fireplace for maximum coziness. The house has an air-source heat pump for both heating and cooling. A centrally located and unique accommodation for a truly relaxing stay!

Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the acclaimed Stockholm Archipelago Trail runs across the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is also well worth visiting after the summer; the fall is lovely!

Close to bakery and grocery store. 150 meters from the plot there is a small beach and jetty. The space Fully modern equipped house of about 90 sqm. Sauna. All amenities like dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds and two extra beds if needed) , 2 bathrooms with toilet, a shower.
