"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Private cottage on secluded 76 acre working organic farm. Hiking, stargazing, birding, gardens, greenhouse, solar, and rain water. Horses and well behaved dogs welcome $10 per night each, limit 2. Keep dogs leashed outside; dogs not allowed on furniture. Our horses not for hire. Swimming, State Parks nearby: Garner, 22miles, 30 minutes. Concan, 30 miles, 35 min. Lost Maples, 12 miles 16 minutes TV, DVD player. WiFi. AT&T cell, other carriers expect no service.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.
