You can observe the wildlife of the lake with the 3-person canoe belonging to the house! There are several restaurants, wellness and spa in the area. We recommend the 30 km bike path around the lake! There are many options nearby to rent an electric bike!

Near Lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. walk) is our cottage. It is ideal for 6-7 people. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We welcome our guests to our modern, pool, hot tub, panoramic, air-conditioned guesthouse. Our guests can stay in a friendly, comfortable, air-conditioned house. The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.

A dining area features a round wooden table accompanied by four chairs. A patterned area rug lies beneath the table, complementing the tiled floor. Light wooden cabinets and a countertop are visible in the compact kitchen space. Doorways lead to adjoining rooms.

The house is located at 300 m from the North beach of Venice (the location of the EFOTT) and 300-400 m from the high-traffic main roads. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking, and relaxing. The outside house has a sauna and two sup boards. Exterior covered enclosure is available for car storage.

A bright bathroom features modern fixtures, including a clean white vanity and a spacious sink. The walls are adorned with minimalist artwork, complemented by soft lighting. A stylish blue pouf adds a touch of color, while the floor showcases a unique stone design.
