A renovated presshouse awaits its guests with spacious outdoor areas, stylish interior spaces & gorgeous views to the vineyards of Somló & to the distant Balaton Uplands' hills. The two-floor house has a kitchen-dining room on the ground level with a bathroom meanwhile upstairs you can find the bedroom with direct terrace access. A kis házikó tökéletes helyet szolgál azoknak, akik elakarnak szabadulni a városi nyűzsgéstől és kis békére és nyugalomra vágynak. Mind ezt tehetik egy lazító dézsafürdő mellett, saját veteményessel, gyümölcsfákkal ( szezontól függően), hatalmas zöld kerttel és gyönyörű panorámával. Ha szerencsések a reggeli és esti órákban még akár átszökellő őzeket vagy nyulakat is rajta kaphatnak.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
