Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

The Cottage - Ett hus på 90 kvadratmeter på två plan i lilla byn Folkestorp. Bekvämt boende sommar som vinter. Vackra vyer av böljande åkerlandskap och även havsutsikt. Rymliga vita rum smakfullt och praktiskt möblerat. Mindre än 5 min med bil till vackra Ystad och 2 km till milslånga sandstränder och havsbad.Helt nyrenoverat kök med matbord, rymlig side by side kyl/frys, micro, induktionshäll och diskmaskin. Privat trädgård i parklandskap med bekväm uteplats. Välkommen!

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Mysig stuga med insynsskyddad trädgård i underbara Nybrostrand utanför Ystad. Stugan är på 69 kvm och med 2 sovrum och ett större vardagsrum med kamin. Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
