In the apartment there is 1 large bedroom with crib, 1 small bedroom and a 160 mattress topper in the living room. The apartment is decorated with a sturdy kitchen In the bathroom there is a shower as well as a washing/dryer. Office space and storage are available.

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our small house from the mid 19th-century. The apartment is newly decorated and interior is most things new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamy beds. You will find a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, electric kettle and dinnerware for two people. The bathroom is new!

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Cozy apartment located in an idyllic village about 10 km outside Malmö. Close to the Arriesjön hiking area and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad, about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger is available, let us know if you want to charge fee of SEK 3.50/kWh is to be paid directly to the host.
