We are next to Lough Atorick for swimming or fishing. The Barn is self catering and equiped for preparing simple meals, but we are happy to help out with fresh vegetables from the garden or with easy directions to the nearest restaurant!

While situated in an idyllic rural location it's also within easy access to many key attractions: Shannon Airport 40km, Cliffs of Moher 45km, Galway City 55km. A car is essential as there is no public transport.

We are located just a one-minute walk from the sea and 1.5km from Tully Cross which has pubs, a shop and a church. Goirtín na gCloch is ideally situated for holiday makers looking to explore Connemara or visit the beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

We are near An Spidéal, where you can find cafés, pubs, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, a medical centre, and a craft village. Located in the heart of the Irish-speaking Gaeltacht, near Galway City, and on the Wild Atlantic Way, we are in an ideal location to explore Conamara, the Aran Islands and County Clare.

Kinvara Garden Cottage

Renovated in 2017, the cottage is in my garden. It has a pleasant bright living/lounging area with two couches, a toilet/shower room, well equipped kitchen, and a loft bedroom. Car parking is outside the door. There's lots to do locally, with beaches nearby, and a short walk will bring you to the heart of this colourful village, with lively pubs, good restaurants, Irish music. Kinvara is an ideal base to explore The Burren.
